For our guests there are 5 double rooms with bathroom, all with panoramic view, a living room with Sat TV and fireplace where they can have some drinks or read a book, a patio for breakfasts when the whether is bad and a large panoramic garden
The villa is sourrended by 8.000 sq.m of grounds, with flowers and trees. The swimming pool is open from may to october.

Its setting is ideal for excursions down to the beaches on the coast of Tuscany, as well as to the many interesting locations nearby the house.
